1) Roller Conveyor

Roller conveyor is a continuous conveying equipment with several rollers arranged between the two side frames. It is mainly used to convey finished items with certain regular shapes or flat bottoms, such as box containers, pallets, etc. Roller conveyors are divided into unpowered roller conveyors and powered roller conveyors (roller tracks).

Unpowered(gravity) roller conveyor: The surface composed of several rollers or wheels arranged between the frames can be made horizontal, and the items can be transported by manpower; it can also be made with a small downward inclination angle, so that the items can be transported by themselves by their own gravity in the conveying direction.

Powered roller conveyor: The driving device drives all or part of the rollers installed between the frames, and the friction between the rollers and the conveyed items is used to complete the conveying function.
